Cooking has been part of my life for a long time... 

As a little girl, I watched my grandfather from his kitchen concoct small dishes with 1000 flavors.

He was one of those people who cook only to please and give joy by offering dishes that are as pretty as they are delicious.

I followed his path without really knowing where I was going … healthy restaurant in Los Angeles where I had fun inventing a new salad every day for Hollywood stars, qu love the concept...

Arrived in Israel after some time I wanted to recreate a table d'hôte atmosphere by the pool with pretty fresh and colorful salads.

Today La Toscana, this pretty little cozy place that we have created, is a real family affair...

Around the kitchen table my children grew up tasting my recipes by peeling vegetables and fruits and learning the harmony of flavors and colors.

We can be proud to be part of this great adventure thanks to my grandfather who was able to pass on his love of cooking to us, sharing generosity and above all a feeling of being at home.
